01The role
We are looking for a senior web developer to own projects end to end: fast corporate sites, eCommerce and custom platforms. You will join a team of 7 where your judgment counts from day one, and where whoever starts a project is the one who finishes it.
02What you will do
- Build websites and web apps with Astro, Next.js, React and Node
- Own complete projects: architecture, code, deployment and metrics
- Treat performance as the standard (Lighthouse 90+, Core Web Vitals)
- Talk to clients when needed: explain decisions without fluff
- Review the team's code and raise the bar without drama
03What we look for
- 5+ years building for the web with JavaScript/TypeScript
- Strong React plus at least one metaframework (Astro, Next.js)
- Serious CSS: complex layouts, animation and accessibility
- Experience with APIs, databases and production deployments
- Fluent Spanish or English (we work in both)
04Bonus points
- Experience with custom or headless WordPress
- Working knowledge of AWS, Docker or infrastructure as code
- An eye for visual detail (you will work side by side with design)
