Everything a practice site needs, and nothing it does not

A page for every location

Hours, map, phone, parking and the providers at each location, each page findable on its own when a patient searches nearby.

Provider bios you update yourself

Add a new hire, change a photo or post a job opening from a private panel in a couple of minutes. It never counts against your plan.

Booking and intake that connect

We link or embed the scheduling and intake your system provides (WebPT, Jane or your EMR’s patient portal), so requests land where your team already works.

Patient data handled properly

Patient details stay out of ordinary contact forms. When your site handles health information, we sign a Business Associate Agreement, and so does our hosting partner.

Built to WCAG 2.1 AA

Keyboard navigation, checked contrast, labelled forms and alternative text, reviewed before launch and kept that way on every update.

Found by patients nearby

Local SEO per location, a Google Business Profile for each one, reviews and the structured data search engines read.

What your practice site could look like

Two example sites our team designed to show the level of work you can expect. Yours starts from your brand, your photos and your customers. On a computer, hover to scroll through each page.

Example website design for Kestrel Physical Therapy

Kestrel Physical Therapy

A three-location PT group: next openings on the home page, a page per clinic with its therapists, insurance up front and the conditions patients search for.

Example website design for Maplehurst Family Dental

Maplehurst Family Dental

A family dental office: online booking, today’s hours at a glance, services with clear next steps and a first-visit page that answers the questions before the phone call.

What happens if it goes wrong

Six commitments we already keep. Here together, before you have to ask for them.

  • The price is agreed in writing

The written proposal we send you carries a fixed price, and it does not move. Anything that expands the scope is quoted before it is done, never as a surprise on the invoice.

  • 90 days of full warranty

From the day it goes live, and it is three months, not thirty days: a website’s faults do not show up in the first week, they show up when something on the server changes or the form quietly stops delivering. We fix it at no cost, no questions asked.

  • Two rounds of design changes included

We design on your brand and your real content, with two rounds of changes inside the price. If a third is needed we tell you what it costs before doing it, never after.

  • Everything is yours, and you can leave

The code, the database and the domain. There is no proprietary platform you cannot leave, and we do not charge an exit fee: the domain and your content are yours from day one, and the site is yours once it is paid for.

  • No year up front

Maintenance is paid month by month, with a 12-month initial term. We do not ask for twelve months in advance to get started.

  • 99.9 % uptime, committed

And if it goes down we know before you do: checked every minute, daily backups kept off the server with 30 days of history, and security updates applied by a person. That is in all three care plans, the cheapest one included, and the uptime commitment is written into the terms, with the method used to measure it.

Questions owners ask us

How do you handle HIPAA?

What matters is how patient information moves, and we design for it: patient details stay out of ordinary contact forms, intake goes through your EMR or a HIPAA-eligible form, and we sign a Business Associate Agreement whenever the site handles health information. Our hosting partner signs one too, so the chain holds all the way down.

Can our staff update provider bios and job openings?

Yes. You get a simple, private panel for the things that change often: providers, hours, services and job openings. Edits you make yourself are unlimited and never count against your plan.

Do you work with WebPT, Jane or our EMR?

Yes. We link or embed the scheduling and intake your system provides and test it end to end, so a request from the website lands in the tool your front desk already uses.

Is the site accessible?

It is built to WCAG 2.1 AA: keyboard navigation, checked contrast, labelled forms and alternative text, reviewed before launch. Accessibility stays part of every update on the care plan.

Who owns the site and the domain?

You do. The domain and your content are yours from day one, and the site is yours once it is paid for. If you ever want to move it, we hand over the files and the domain, with no exit fee.

Can we speak to a reference?

Yes. Ask by email at any point and we will put you in touch with a client who will pick up the phone.

Do you work with practices in Peoria and the Quad Cities?

Yes. We are in Princeton, about an hour from Peoria and the Quad Cities, and we are happy to meet in person. We reply within one business day.

Tell us about your practice. We will send a fixed price.

Send us your current site and what you want it to do better. We reply by email with any questions, then send recommendations and a proposal in writing. A call is optional.

  1. Send us your site and what to improve

Your current website, if you have one, your locations and providers, and what your scheduling or intake runs on.

  2. We review it and ask by email

A person on the team looks it over and emails any questions we still have. No meeting needed.

  3. Recommendations and a fixed price in writing

Scope, schedule and price in one document, with the BAA when the site handles health information.

  4. You decide

Accept it, ask for changes, or tell us it is not for you. No cost and no commitment.
