From zero to hero, step by step.

Hiring a digital project shouldn't feel like signing blind. This is our full process, the same for a corporate site as for a SaaS platform. Read it and you'll know exactly what happens each week.

6 phases one team from start to finish 0 surprises
  1. PHASE 01 1 week

    Discovery

    Listen first, advise second

A 20-minute call and a short questionnaire. We want to understand the business, not just the assignment: goals, audience, competition and what's hurting today.

    • Project map (1 page)
    • Analysis of 3 competitors
    • Risks caught early

  2. PHASE 02 2–3 days

    Proposal

    Numbers you can actually read

Scope, timeline and price locked into a document you can read in 10 minutes. No mystery line items, no "to be determined." Valid for 30 days, no strings attached.

    • Scope detailed by phase
    • Schedule with milestones
    • Fixed price, no surprises

  3. PHASE 03 1–2 weeks

    Design

    Your brand, not a template

Wireframes first, interface second. We design on your brand and your real content, no lorem ipsum that won't fit later. Two rounds of changes included.

    • Navigable wireframes
    • UI design for key pages
    • Component system

  4. PHASE 04 2–10 weeks

    Development

    Demo Fridays

Weekly sprints with a demo every Friday morning. You get a staging environment from week one: you watch your project grow on a real URL, not on promises.

    • Staging from week 1
    • Weekly 15-min demo
    • Versioned, documented code

  5. PHASE 05 1 week

    Launch

Thorough QA, a launch without surprises

Pablo lets nothing slip: functional testing, performance, technical SEO and security. We launch during a quiet window, with a rollback plan and monitoring from minute one.

    • 60+ point QA checklist
    • Core Web Vitals in the green
    • Backups + rollback ready

  6. PHASE 06 always

    Growth

    Launch is the starting line

Managed hosting 24/7, well-instrumented metrics and iterative improvements. Your site doesn't stand still: it grows with your business, and we stay on the other side.

    • Monitoring and backups 24/7
    • Monthly report you can understand
    • Iteration with data, not hunches

Always included

Staging always visible

Your project lives on a real URL from week 1. No "trust me".

You talk to whoever builds it

No middle managers. The person who replies is the one who types.

Bad news, fast

If something goes sideways, you know the same day, plan B included.

Fixed price

What we agreed is what you pay. Extras are quoted separately, before they're done.

Everything under one roof, or everything in triplicate

You can hire one agency for the website, another for SEO and a sysadmin for the server. Or you can have one team that answers for all three. Here's what changes:

01 Team

One team. Development, strategy and infrastructure already talk to each other.

Three vendors who never talk to each other — and you stuck in the middle.

02 Who you talk to

You talk directly to the people building your project.

An account manager who'll "check with the technical team."

03 Budget

Fixed price by milestone: you know what, when and how much before we start.

Extra hours that mysteriously appear at the end.

04 Performance

Obsessed with Core Web Vitals: Lighthouse scores in the 90s, standard.

An off-the-shelf template with 40 plugins and an 8-second load.

05 When something breaks

24/7 monitoring and a team that already knows your project inside out.

"That's a hosting problem — open a ticket with them."

06 Honesty

If we can't do it, or it's not right for you, we say so up front.

Yes to everything, figure it out later.

Frequently asked questions

What people usually ask before they start. Can't find yours? Ask us.

Ask a question
01 How long does a project take from start to finish?
A corporate site takes 3 to 5 weeks of development — 5 to 7 from the proposal once you count discovery. A store or platform, 8 to 18 weeks in total. Discovery gives you a schedule with concrete milestones before you commit to anything.
02 What do you need from me during the process?
Not much, but it matters: the kickoff call, feedback on the two design rounds and content (or a green light for us to write it). The rest is on us: we let you know when it's your turn, with plenty of notice.
03 What if I want to change something mid-project?
You can. Small changes fit into the included rounds; anything that expands scope is quoted separately — always before it's done, never as a surprise on the invoice. You decide with the information in front of you.
04 What happens after launch?
A full month of warranty included (we fix any defect at no cost). After that, if you want, we continue with managed hosting, metrics and iteration. Phase 06 is optional, but it's where projects become success stories.

Ready to start with phase 01? Sketch it out in 30 seconds.

The discovery call is free and with no commitment. In 20 minutes you'll know if we're a fit, and you'll walk away with useful advice even if we never work together.
