Let's talk about your project
There's no hungry CRM or canned-reply bot behind this form — the five people who read every message and answer it themselves. Give us some context and we'll give you a straight answer. And if your project isn't a fit for us, we'll tell you up front.
Two lines will do. Add some context — goal, timeline, what's hurting — and even better.
No slide decks. We listen, ask the questions that matter, and tell you whether we can help — and if we can't, we'll say so.
Scope, timeline and price in a document you can actually read. Valid for 30 days, no fine print.
Two time zones, one team: someone is at their desk from 9 am in Castellón to 6 pm Central. Serving Bureau County, the Illinois Valley and Greater Chicago from Princeton, IL — and Europe from Castellón, Spain.
What happens if it goes wrong
Six commitments we already keep. Here together, before you have to ask for them.
-
The price is agreed in writing
After the call you get a fixed price, and it does not move. Anything that expands the scope is quoted before it is done, never as a surprise on the invoice.
-
90 days of full warranty
From the day it goes live, and it is three months, not thirty days: a website’s faults do not show up in the first week, they show up when something on the server changes or the form quietly stops delivering. We fix it at no cost and with no argument about whose fault it was.
-
Two rounds of design changes included
We design on your brand and your real content, with two rounds of changes inside the price. If a third is needed we tell you what it costs before doing it, never after.
-
Everything is yours, and you can leave
The code, the database and the domain. There is no proprietary platform you cannot leave, and we do not charge an exit fee. A client who stays because they cannot leave is not a happy client.
-
No year up front
Maintenance is paid month by month, with a 12-month initial term. We do not ask for twelve months in advance to get started.
-
99.9 % uptime, committed
And if it goes down we know before you do: checked every minute, daily backups kept off the server with 30 days of history, and security updates applied by a person. That is in all three care plans, the cheapest one included, and the uptime commitment is written into the terms, with the method used to measure it.
Where your site lives, who can see it, and how it is built
Three questions worth having answered before you sign, not after.

We strongly recommend Super Awesome Host
It is the hosting platform we built in 2022 and still run, which is why we recommend it without hesitating: when something breaks there is nobody to blame it on, because the people who built the site and the people who run the server are the same people, with no third-party support desk in between at eleven at night. And we are strict about where each site lives: European clients on servers in Spain or France (OVH), US clients in Virginia. They never get mixed. If you would rather use your own provider, the site is yours and it ships wherever you say: we tell you what it needs to run just as well, and we set it up there.
-
Confidentiality, with the right paperwork for the place
We sign a non-disclosure agreement on request, always. If the project handles personal data of people in Europe, we also sign the processor agreement required by article 28 of the GDPR, with the safeguards and the sub-processors in writing. If it handles US health data, the Business Associate Agreement that HIPAA requires — and Super Awesome Host signs it too, so the chain holds all the way down and does not break at the provider. And access is bounded by contract: who can see the data, from where, and under what safeguards — set out in full in our privacy policy.
-
Built to standards, not by eye
Semantic HTML, navigable end to end with a keyboard, checked contrast, alternative text on images, and animation switched off for anyone who asks for it to be off. Tested in the four browsers, and from the phone upwards rather than the other way round. And the checking is not on trust: every publish runs an automated audit that fails if an image loses its alt text or a navigation loses its name.
