United Protection Agency: one page per service, and a Spanish section that hires
United Protection Agency · Security · Services
Less-lethal security, explained without the runaround
Site for the Chicago private security agency specializing in less-lethal security: unarmed guards, mobile patrol, cameras with a live virtual guard, high-density fog theft-deterrent systems and fingerprinting. It explains each service on its own page and recruits staff, with a Spanish-language section for Spanish-speaking officers.

A security agency sells trust to two audiences at once: businesses that hire it and officers looking for work. The site had to speak clearly to both, including Spanish-speaking staff, who make up a large part of its Chicago workforce.
We reorganized the site by service, each with its own page and its own explanation, and separated the hiring path from the recruiting one, with different forms. The "¿Hablas Español?" section gives Spanish-speaking applicants their own way in, with content written for them.
What we built for United Protection Agency
One page per service: unarmed, patrol, cameras, fingerprinting, deterrent
Two separate paths: hiring the service and working for the agency
A Spanish-language way in for the agency’s Chicago staff

languages, with a Spanish-language entry point for applicants
United Protection Agency wins more clients through the site than it used to, ranks better in Google for its Chicago services and gets more enquiries through the form. The Spanish version also opened a hiring channel that simply did not exist before.

What happened to United Protection Agency after launch
Every service has its own page and its own explanation, so the agency can send a client straight to what they care about instead of to a generic home page. The Spanish-language entry point also opened a recruiting channel that did not exist before.
“They built the site around services, which is how clients actually buy from us, and the Spanish-language section opened a recruiting channel we did not have before. They went well beyond what we expected. Flawless.”
